Request / task does not exist : SPAM applying

Hi ,

Environment : ECC5 , OS : WIN 2003 , DB : MS SQL 2000

I have taken imge copy of production for sandbox prepration and I started working. While applying SPAM/SAINT on ( production server copy ) getting message Request / task does not exist

How to correct this error?
