Automatic data downloading into Excel file

Hello Experts,

I would like to download data 3 times/every day automatically (shift morning/shift afternoon/shift night) from the transaction COOIS into a worksheets of specific excel file.

Is it possible? If yes, could somebody give some instructions for me how should I do?
