Simple question; how to search with one criteria and mutlipe values? Currently our search criteria only allows to work with 'is' = single value.

I see no option to enter multiple values which are evaluated  by 'or'.

Looking forward to learn this trick.

Dear M. van den Biggelaar,

First entering multiple search criteria for the same field (such as status) should work as an 'or' condition. Thus, if you wanted to find all Request for Changes that were either in Validation or Approved status, you should be able to enter two search criteria for status, one for each specific value and all RfC that were in either status should be displayed.

Second, I haven't used this configuration but supposedly this will allow you to change operands for dynamic searches:

SAP Solution Manager Implementation Guide->Customer Relationship Management->CRM Cross-Application Components->Generic Interaction Layer/Object Layer->Component-Specific Settings->Define Operators for Dynamic Queries.
