Custom field added by AET is not editable

Hi experts,

I have added few custom fileds through AET which got added to structure and are available under BOL. we have different types of quotation, where in these fields which are added are able to edit for few quotations and But for lean quotation these fileds are in display mode even "EDIT'" is clicked.

Any help is highly appreciated!!!
