When I tried to login sybase control center it showing authentication failure .
When checked in services "Sybase Control Center 3.2" status is stopping .
I restarted SUP services but status of Sybase Control Center 3.2 services unchanged(stopping).

Finally what you can do is restart the Windows box itself.

Hi Kaustubh,
If your continuously seeing the service state as stopping. Please do a hard shutdown of the service from taskmanager. and then start the service from service explorer. After it started try to login in the SCC.

can you reboot your machine and chck if you face similar problem again..
make sure all sup related srvices are running.
