PO’s are failing to be sent out to the vendors

Recently I have been informed by a few users that their PO’s are failing to be sent out to the vendors. In each case, I have noticed that the output is failing at time of PO creation and no processing log is being created.

There seems to be a connection between this type of output failure (where no processing log is getting created)

Also it’s not happening in 100% of the cases.
