Connecting Business objects to a external database (OLAP)

Hi

We are running Business Objects 4.0 Enterprise on SQL Server 2008 R2. We would like to leverage the reporting functionality of Business objects to report on data extracted data from a external DB2 and SQL Server 2008.

I am following a wiki for this but I seem to be missing some files for configuration. One of them being msmdpump.dll, MSMDPUMP.INI, and a Resources folder. I contacted SAP support & they wanted me to contact Microsoft support. Is there a way I could download this file from Microsoft?
