Take over shopping carts for approval

Hi,

Shopping cart approver manage substitute rule from his inbox for fill in for me to another approver this we can see in table HRDUS_V2.

After substitute approver takeover shopping carts, is ther any table from which we come to know that substitute has takeover shopping carts.
