Configuring ESR

If I install NetWeaver 7.3 EHP1 should I see the configuration wizards:

Initial Setup of functional unit SLD

Configuration of ESR in CE

And if I should see them, why would they be missing.

I'm wondering, since CE was included in NetWeaver with EHP1 that the configuration process has changed. Is this true?
