Standard Roles to ESS users

Dear All,

We have implemented ESS with latest BPs. But we used Leave Encashment, who's who and some ITS applications for Training.

This implementation is for India specific. Please suggest the following:

1. ESS standard roles to attach users.

2. Users should be communication or Dialog . If we use dialog user , it will affect ESS user license?
