SAP benefits enrollment error

Hi All,

I am getting an error while enrolling an employee.

I have created an adjustment reason,also maintained permission for each category of plans as add, change etc.

But for the Spouse,Child,Domestic Partner Plans alone the Enrollment Workbench is not working properly.

When i have given permission for change ,its not allowing to change,similarly regards to delete option also.

Have anyone experienced similar issues????
