Application crash down while viewing crystal report in SAP b1

Hi Experts,

When I preview crystal report in SAP B1, application crash down & show below message.

I am working on SAP B1 PL04 and Crystal report 2008.

Please help me to sort this issue.....

crashes B1 relevant to SAP version 9 patch 7 and 8?

1562837 is applicable only to 8.0 version.
