Notifications/Correspondence to IT Manager in eRec Ehp6

Dear Friends,

I have a Scenario that I need to send Notification/ Correspondence to IT Manager/ PR Department/ Administrator Department. Once The Candidate is in Offer Phase: The letter is predefined Letter to all the departments specified.

How to configur in the EREC under Activity Type. I have created different Activity Type as IT Manager, PR Depart. Admin Depart. and assign to NG support group. But system is not allowing.

Could you let me know how to handle this Scenario. Hope to receive the solution.

Hello Krishna,

When you say offer phase, is there any activity which you create that decides if the candidate is selected for offer phase?

The reason I am asking this, is if we have any activity identified, we can assign the Activity Category as Simple Correspondence and can configure Z forms as letter templates. These forms can be sent to identified email ids which is IT manager and HR Admin in your case.

Hi Krishna,

You can define it eg. in the workflow itself and to whom to send this notification. In standard we do inform the recruiter in case a candidate withdraws the application. So you can have a look at that method to implement your custom one.

Hello Nicole,

I check their is no inform Recruiter, if iam not wrong is this Inform Manager.

One clarification, Is there any Activity type where we can assign Support group/Other email ID(using Personnel Number) for triggering email to the Support group. If we have such activity type. There could be solution for this.

Could you please give some input on this.

No. The send email functionality in the activity management goes always to the candidate.

Hi Nicole,

We have activity type called confirmation (9 Confirmation Category) were we can select the multiple (support group, candidate, and Employee). Is this activity type can be used to send correspondence.

yes but it is limited to agree or disagree.
