Notifications/Correspondence to IT Manager in eRec Ehp6

Dear Friends,

I have a Scenario that I need to send Notification/ Correspondence to IT Manager/ PR Department/ Administrator Department. Once The Candidate is in Offer Phase: The letter is predefined Letter to all the departments specified.

How to configur in the EREC under Activity Type. I have created different Activity Type as IT Manager, PR Depart. Admin Depart. and assign to NG support group. But system is not allowing.

Could you let me know how to handle this Scenario. Hope to receive the solution.
