Issue with Shipment cost

Hi Experts,

I have an shipment which is having two deliveries having different INCO terms-2, for example CIF Port of Shanghai and CIF Port of Tianjin.

I have maintained two condition records in TK11 with two different incoterm-2  for freight condition YBFR.

Key combination is : service agent/country of departure/departure zone/incoterm/incoterm2.

While I generating the  shipment cost , it says condition YBFR is missing.

So, why is the condition not getting picked up , even when my condition records are maintained.

Hi Saji

INCO-2 is text Item .Do exactly maintain the same text as maintained in Customer master data or Sales Order Incoterms I  see no reasons price will not pick up.

Hi,

Just an assumption, check whether the condition type is determined automatically or manually in the configuration.
