Unable to run Webi reports from SAP portal

Hello Gurus,

i am facing the issue with webi reports. i am not able to open the reports form SAP Portal , it is even not displaying log on screen for the Reports.

simply it is flashing the log on screen and automatically closing the Window. Please help in solving this Issue,
