Greeting everyone,
I am a fresher in SAP-HCM. I am having one query regarding integration of LSO with Time Management. As per the Client Specification, They
want integration with time management.
Scenario one:-
They want to create a scenario wherein if employee is absent due to some reason and not able to attend course as per the schedule then he has to
be marked for one full day “Loss of Pay” he should not be able to apply leave for the said date and subsequently 1day is deducted from his salary. (note 1full day loss of pay = one day of course)
Scenario two:-
They want to create a scenario wherein if employee is present but due to some reason not able to attend course as per the schedule then he
has to be marked for one half day “Loss of Pay” he should not be able to apply leave for the said date and subsequently half day is deducted from his salary. (note half day loss of pay = one day of course)
Kindly suggest your valuable inputs.
Regards
V.Sandeep
There is an integration from LSO > IT2002, ie once you book a course you create an attendace into time management
in your case how will you determine employee didn't attend or attend, then you have to query this in TIme evaluation, ie using a operation or a function in rptime00 depending upon your statuses above
To read the abscence data TEM uses the Time function module
HR_PERSONAL_TIME_LIST, for details please check the documentation for
BAPI BAPI_TIMEAVAILSCHEDULE_BUILD - Generate List of Employee
Availability (that basicaly calls that FM).
check note 580498
You can use user exit HRTEM_INT_ZW to influence the interface between
Training and Event Management and Time Management.
BADI LSO_CHECK_BOOKING.
in your case, it would be more controlled via rptime00 ie time management
