Greeting everyone,
I am a fresher in SAP-HCM. I am having one query regarding integration of LSO with Time Management. As per the Client Specification, They
want integration with time management.
Scenario one:-
They want to create a scenario wherein if employee is absent due to some reason and not able to attend course as per the schedule then he has to
be marked for one full day “Loss of Pay” he should not be able to apply leave for the said date and subsequently 1day is deducted from his salary. (note 1full day loss of pay = one day of course)
Scenario two:-
They want to create a scenario wherein if employee is present but due to some reason not able to attend course as per the schedule then he
has to be marked for one half day “Loss of Pay” he should not be able to apply leave for the said date and subsequently half day is deducted from his salary. (note half day loss of pay = one day of course)
Kindly suggest your valuable inputs.
Regards
V.Sandeep
Hi Sandeep,
yes LSO and time management can be intergrated. after the intergration you can validate the course booking bassed on holiday calander. for an examble if you book a course on public holiday then system will throw an error or warning message based on your configuration.
And also you can default the attendance type for instructor and the employee when an employee attend to the course. this can be achive via bellow IMG path.
Training and event management--->SAP learning soluation-->Training management-->Intergration.
but for your requirement, you have to go for the ABAP workaround for automate your process. which can not be achived by standard SAP LSO configaration.
Regards.
Dinesh.
