How block to sale a product for a customer

HI;

Our new requirement as we have 75 materials and 400 customers and we wants to block our ten materials to sale block only ten of our customers.  Anybody know about this then please send me compleate information to set it. it is very important for us becasue it is regular process in every month with different material and different customer.

Hi Muhammad,

Please follow this one in the end user part only you can block a particular customer for all the sales transaction either it is order, delivery or billing.

Go to XD02 enter the customer number that you are going to block temporally.Enter company code & sales area data. Go to extras------->blocking data (In the menu bar). Fill the relevant information. Now create any sales transaction with the particular customer, It will not allow.

i am going to explain it again as:

i have more then 75 material and 400 customer at this time we are going to sale every material to every customer but in every month we wants to block to sale some materials to our some of customer and maybe next month we again allow to sale same material to same customers. it means we required block to sale it temporary.

This is not "static" you can change the excluded MMRs every month.

One additional question -

When for a customer a sales order is being created, a particular material that is in the exclusion list:

Do you want to create and block the sales order?

Or you want that the sales order should not be created?
