Problem In Create Requisition Request In MSS, ADOBE FORM

Hello Experts,

I am having problem in MSS CREATE REQUISITION REQUEST .

I am attaching images :

When i click on Hiring Manager , Drop down is having only this value. I am not able to select other person for it .

Request template button : Nothing happens when i click on it, but for it i found SAP NOTE 1436661, which is about same problem .

When i click on Position Button , it gives a pop up

NO DATA EXISTS THERE :

When i click on Start :

It throws following dump :

And still when i click on submit.

It gives me a refrence number . and i can see it in MSS , like this :

when i click on details :

Recuiter Did not get any mail on his/her UWL, infact i tried both, assigning myself as recruiter and other too, but no mail for approval .

Then i check these threads and make changes as per it, but not getting sort it out.

I was having few errors which i resolved by report RPASR_CHECK_PROCESS.

But still problem remains same.

Then i check, TCODE SWEL for Workflow logs , and i got this :

When i click on Any of this wflow with error, i got same for all :

For Wflow WS45600028, i got this :

Even when i checked in SPRO :, in Manager involvement :

There should be :

Define Manager grouping

Define Form Types For staffing Requirements

Group Form types, etc.

Somebody suggested me to Activate Buisness Functions Such As HCM_ASR_CI_1, HCM_ASR_CI_2 , I did it .

So , i am totally not getting What to do ?

I am on EHP4 SP4 integrated Scenario .

Pls help .

It would be great if any one can share the solution, i'm also facing the above issue but i have resolved most of them. Currently i'm facing the below error. Is there any sicf services that i need to activate for the below error???

Dear Saurabh,

Working on this been long ago. As i told earlier, My issue was resolved by Increasing Patch Level.

As refer to issues you are facing, it seems you are not able to view Requisition Request Form.

Hi Bruno,

Actually , this problem was not solved , we moulded process .

What i got, for this SP level should be high . In our system it was EHP4 SP4 , so it is there .

Plus, SAP_ABAP, SAP_BASIS,  these components also have effects on Webdynpro things .

I"ll recommend you to work towards this, once your SP levels will be upgraded, your problem will be definitely resolved .

And one more thing you can try to search for WEBDYNPRO RENDERING NOTES, there will be large amount of them... but this is the task you have to do in order to rectify this .

And yes if you resolve, then please let me know also .

check whats the WF log error? in SWIA

The reason you cant select more approvers cause your WF returns only one approver, check your WF how it determines next agent

check slg1, SWU3 customisaiton

is the WF set as general, user has correct authorization ?

Thanx for replying and sorry for being late .

Yes, user has correct authorisation.

The tasks which are needed to be general, i have done them General.

Yes In SWU3, There is error in : 1 -> Maintain Definition Environment

        Check Entries From HR COntrol Tables .         => this is in error status.

Even i checked tcode SWIA, there is nothing maintained

These are not in SWIA.

Even i checked the note you mentioned , it didn't help .

there is inconsistency ie for candidate ie check HRP5102,  the BPS, NA, etc, running PFAL

raise a ticket to SAP, they ll guide you how to solve it

Hi Siddharth,

I think problem is with Create Requisition Request .

There is nothing related with candidate .

and yes i checked these notes , they are not related  to the problem.

My problem is after completion of that Adobe form , i can see that requisition in MSS overview with status , 'IN PROCESS' . What Next ?

Recruiter is not getting any notification or any mail to verify this requisition .

Requisition is not appearing in Requisition Dashboard .

Moreover, I am not getting any data in Position Box in that Adobe form.

Hiring Manager : This Dropdown is having only value of that person who is currently logged on . And it is clearly written , that if you are not hiring manager you can choose it from dropdown. This could be the reason that process is not working properly as Requestr and hiring manger are same person here in this case.

The Workflow '45600028', it is getting error here .

It doesn't go to step 'Approve Requisition'.

I am not getting any way of moving to next step, pls help .

Even i checked SWEL , why i am getting these workflows in Error, i think these workflows are not linked at all .

Please, help me out .
