Missing Additional Components folder in LoadRunner 11.51 Trial Version installati​on media.

Hi Team,

Good day!

I would like to seek for your help regarding the  issue I encountered while installing LR 11.51 Trial Version (HP_LoadRunner_Trial_Version_T7177-88045.exe) in Windows Server 2008 SP1 (Enterprise)

The full installation of the trial version has been implemented successfully but as I installed the following additional components. The installer folders are missing in Additional Components directory

- Agent for Citrix Server
- Agent for Microsoft Terminal Server
- Assembly Crawler for Analysis API

- Agent for Microsoft Terminal Server

- Verify RFC User under the SAP Tools directory

With this I would like to confirm if the following components are bundled with trial version or not? or do you have any documents what particular additional components are available for the trial version of HP LoadRunner 11.51

Hi CJ,

I presume you got that trial version direct from the HP website ?

HP deliver two DVDs in their media pack for the full Loadrunner version. One is Loadrunner and the second holds the Add-ons and Additional Components. You will be able to download everything from SAP if you have access to the media download area for Loadrunner 11.50.

-> Browse our Download Catalog -> SAP Solution Extensions by Partners -> SAP LoadRunner by HP  -> SAP LoadRunner by HP 11.5

If you download the 'full version' DVD media and use those folders to install additional components there will not be a problem. Only the license determines the product functionality and using trial version installs the same software as full version.
