SLD-strategy in 2 Solman landscape

Hello!

We would like to set up second productive SAP Solution Manager.

Are there any disadvantages (e.g. Performance) for having SLD locally on the SOLMAN server?

We would to use this Solution Manager for the new Monitoring and Alerting Infrastructure/Technical Monitoring.
