Hi all
I use the SAP HANA Studio (SPS5) .
I run Performance trace.
But I can't read Performance trace.
SAP says "SAP Support has a tool for evaluating performance trace .
But I can't find it .
Would you like please tell me what is a tool that has capable of reading performance trace.
thanks in advance.
Best Regards.
Kazuki
Hi Kazuki,
Please login to linux box using <sid>adm . Use any tool which can do GUI enabled
do a Xclock & check whether you are able to display the clock
Path = /usr/sap/<SID>/HDB<instanceno>
HDBAdmin.sh
This would open a new gui window of admin console . You would be able to look at the trace files from this tool
Note : This should be used only by SAP support team . This is not intended for everyone
Thanks,
Kiran

Hi Kazuki,
There is no externally released tool for analyzing performance trace files.
However, I'd recommend you check out the following blog by Lars that demonstrates how to use almost an equivalent tool that is available in the SAP HANA Studio on SP5:
