ODBC driver for Sybase

Good afternoon, colleagues!

Tell me, I want to Powershell for some functions and the monitoring of the database. To do this, I need a ODBC driver that is installed in the system(win). This driver is used by the SAP, but it is not installed and being used by a cunning way. This driver can I download and install from the site of Sybase. But I clearly remember the advice that no updates downloaded directly from Sybase can not all just from the SAPportal. Does anyone have a similar experience of driver ODBC for Posh or any other programming language?
