The error message is: Socked Closed

Hi ALL,

we have issue with web intelligence application.please go through following information.

When reports are run through the web intelligence application, manually or scheduled some reports are failing. The error message is: Socked Closed. This does not happen when running through rich client. It occurs on multiple reports, that tend to be for Global Corporate or Business with large amount of data.
APPLICATION: Sap Business Objects



Please help me in the above one.
