Regarding "Documents" folder permissions

Dear all

I created some of sub folder in Public documents..in that sub folders , i created some text file and html files..i just given some permissions who are all authorized to see that documents.

For enduser, i'm just calling that folders in separate iviews..in homepage.

My question is..i want to change the properties for the folder as well as documents(text files)..i changed the properties..the changes are affected to me..but not endusers( note: for endusers i'm calling through iviews)

pl let me know how it can be effected for all users..

even i selected for allow all subfolders and iviews..i it could not effected.

Hi

user role for end user for permissions and also try to use KMNavigation iview . Hope this helps

I done all these..but its not affected to all users..
