what is the use of mrp list in mrp run?

what is the use of MRPList,scheduling types& planning file entry in MRP run?

Hi Sandeep,

When you run mrp with tick MRP list you will get option of saving the results after the display of MRP list.

Use of MRP list while running MRP is to analyse  that the planning results are ok or contains any descrpancy. If any unwanted result are there you have option that you can discard planning run and after corrections you can again run mrp.

Dear Sandeep,

MRP list shows the planned order, purchase requestion created through MRP run. Manually created planned order and purchase requestion will not appear in MRP list.

just press function key F1 and see performance assistant. whatever your doubts in specific area you can check using F1.

I have seen that performance assistant after that  i have doubt is whatis the dependency between MRPList & planning file entry?
