Activity before transaction posting in fresh environment

Hi SAP Experts,

Greetings to all!

I wish to ask following question:

We are in the process of building a new quality environment and we are done with the import of transport request in correct sequence and also created master data in the system. But I wanted to know is there any transactions codes those are needed to be executed from MM side in fresh enviroment before we post any transactions (e.g. creation of po, grn, miro etc)?

Please suggest if there is anything needed to be executed before posting transactions as part of environment setup activity from MM side.
