Prevent Delete Flag for Automatic Reservation

Dear all,

Reservation is created from Work Order when we add stock item.

After TECO, Reservation is automatically set deletion Flag.

Is it possible for preventing this? OR this is SAP Standard and we can not enhance or configure to change.

If work order is defined like TECO why maintain reservation open?

Deletion flag on Reservation as well as on PR will be set once PM Order is done TECO.

This is standard & I think, reversing this using even enhancement may make inconsistency. But I am not sure about that.
