Prevent Delete Flag for Automatic Reservation

Dear all,

Reservation is created from Work Order when we add stock item.

After TECO, Reservation is automatically set deletion Flag.

Is it possible for preventing this? OR this is SAP Standard and we can not enhance or configure to change.
