Context transfer not happening during call transfer

Hello ,

Context transfer not happening during warm transfer , consult , blind transfer of call.

We are able to transfer calls from agent to agent , but the context or the screen in the Agent 1 screen not getting transferred automatically to Agent 2 and also the BP who is automatically identified and confirmed in the Agent 1 screen is not getting confirmed automatically in the Agent 2 screen during call transfer.

Also checked all the configurations and all are defined correctly. Defined context profile and assigned to functional profile of the business role . Defined CMS profile and assigned to functional profile of the business role.

Plz advise whether any specific setting need to be done only for context transfer.
