QTY2----------------------PRD2

and PRD1 is our DC and PRD1:/usr/sap/trans is NFS all server.

now when i going to release via DEV we are getting below error.

Your transport request could not be exported, since all requirements were not fulfilled.

Calling the transport control program tp
"tp EXPCHK <requestno> pf=/usr/sap/trans/bin/TP_DOMAIN_<sid>.PFL -Dtransdir=/usr/sap/tr"

which checks the export requirements, returned the following information:

Return code from tp: 0012

Error text from tp: ERROR: Buffer check failed.

    Hi Vivek,

I would suggest to check your environment. Go to transaction STMS, and choose "Overview -> Systems" from the toplevel menu bar. In the resulting screen

    1. select the system you want to analyse

    2. from top level menu bar choose "SAP Systems -> Check -> Transport Directory"

On the resulting screen, expand the displayed nodes, and you should see all the required transport directory and a "Green Checmark" for each of them if everything is OK at the OS level

    3. go back to step 2, but now choose "SAP Systems -> Check -> Transport Tool"

On the resulting screen, expand the nodes, and verify that all items have a "Green Checkmark"

You can repeat the above process for each system in you landscape simply by choosing a different system in Step 1.

    4) Check /usr/sap/trans has full permission

Post the results after these checks

    Regards,

    Deepak Kori
