Error text from tp: ERROR: Buffer check failed during request release

hello experts,

i have configure the STMS of 5 systems i.e one is dev 2 QTY and 2 are production server.

QTY1-----------------PRD1

DEV-----(group)

QTY2----------------------PRD2

and PRD1 is our DC and PRD1:/usr/sap/trans is NFS all server.

now when i going to release via DEV we are getting below error.

Your transport request could not be exported, since all requirements were not fulfilled.

Calling the transport control program tp
"tp EXPCHK <requestno> pf=/usr/sap/trans/bin/TP_DOMAIN_<sid>.PFL -Dtransdir=/usr/sap/tr"

which checks the export requirements, returned the following information:

Return code from tp: 0012

Error text from tp: ERROR: Buffer check failed.
