Track Vendor ISO Certification (Quality Certificate)

We would like to use SAP to track vendor ISO certifications and let us know when they will be expiring. In the Vendor Master (XK03), there is a field labeled “Actual QM system.” In the pull down menu it shows some quality certificates. To meet our needs, this pull down menu will need to have some additional fields added. In the next field, is “QM system to” and then a selection of a date field. Thus, it looks like we can use preexisting fields, with a couple of small modifications, in SAP for the tracking of supplier quality certificates. See screen shot.
