Problem with report's URL

Hi All,

I have some problems with Design Studio when I try to send a report to an Ipad.

More precisely:

I'm using Design Studio connected to BI platform; after that the QR code is generated, I  try to scan it whit an Ipad but it doesn't wotk.

I've also tried to copy the url but this is the result:

http://*******/

Do you have any ideas?

Hi,

what happens when you go directly to the BI Platform, right click on the Design Studio application and hit document link?

If you are already getting the "http://*******/" there, then following note should help getting the right URL:

Note 1784645 - Incorrect 'Open Document Link' after Installation.

Yes, basically it's the same problem.

When I use Design Studio connected with BI platform, I can't see my report neither using the qr code nor copying the URL.

Do you have that allow external setting turned on in Design Studio?  Otherwise you cannot view it on the iPad.

I can see that option only when I am connected in "local mode", when I am connected to BI platform I don't have that option.

Good point.

Once you are on the BI Platform, I believe SAP expects you to be using the BI Mobile solution for your iPad.

QR code scanning is really only for local deployment.
