Dashboard Integration in SAP Business One's Dashboard Portal

Dear All,

I have designed a dashboard and have successfully integrated with SAP Business One.

I want to publish my dashboard in SAP Business One's Dashboard Portal which will we available from the below link or System Initialization--> General Settings

here I can find only pre-configured dashboard from SAP. I want to integrate my dashboard to this portal.

Dear Harshil,

There is a way to register the new Dashboard manually, in case this didn't happen automatically.

In this example I have already imported the Top 10 BPs dashboard into SAP Business One.

1. Go to B1iP->Control Center->Maintenance->BizStore Download-> BizStore-URI > /com.sap.b1.dashboards/.Info.xml/Info.xml(unified) You should see something similar:
2. If the new dashboard package code does not appear in the Info.xml file you will need to download it, add the apropriate entry and then upload it through the BizStore Upload option.
3. Because this dashboard is part of a new package you will need to upload a new file to: B1iP->Control Center->Maintenance->BizStore Upload-> BizStore-URI->/com.sap.b1.dashboards/.Info.xml/0010000110.XXX_Top_10_BPs.xml(unified)
4. The file name should be in this format: <SYS_ID>.PackageName.xml
5. The content of the xml file should be similar to:

Hi Daniel,

Please help me out.

Custom Dashboard not working on my SAP B1. like standard dashboard is working fine.

but custom dashboard not working it shows me blank only.

Custom Dashboard which is developed by us, which is not working as shown below, after package deployed. I had started the sales performance dashboard but it will show me blank.

This is standard dashboard for Purchase Quotations Overview  which is working fine.

I have next situation,  hope you can help me.

Servers

1.-B1 882 PL 8 with SQL SERVER 2008

2.-HANA (HANA DATABASE)  with  Analytics (LINUX)

ALL SAP_DASHBOARDS_002 package are running without a problem.

Issue:

1.-I followed Creating new Dashboard Packages for SAP Business One 8.8_Sample

and everthing works fine but when i enable the check box Powered by SAP HANA doesnt work.

Getting the ERROR 2048 crossdomains or error similar to this link

Hi Danniel,

can you tell me .... how to download the xml file and upload.

i had copied file then changed on it. then upload on same location but i am getting something below error.

SAP B1iP detected an error:

Emitted HTTP-Code
500 - Internal Server Error

Internal Reason

The processing instruction target matching "[xX][mM][lL]" is not allowed.

Recommendation
Check for the correctness of your activity or environment or ask your system-administrator for further help.

Please help me out.

Hi Haresh,

Actually the root cause of this issue has been found, it's documented in SAP Note 1871519.

Inside the dashboard package zip file there is a file named "info.xml". Because the B1iF is case sensitive this file needs to be named "Info.xml".

Please make this change and redeploy the dashboard.

can you send me or write over here full steps to integrate sap dashboard custom in to sap b1 portal view.

and one more thing when i import dashboard package on sap b1. and run dashboard on sap b1 it will not execute on view. or when i run it on browser directly then it will run.

it is very emergency can you help me out.

Here I get only pre-configured dashboards, I want my dashboards here at this web portal.

This is to inform you that right not my dashboards are visible in SAP Business One --> MyCockpit, means I have successfully configured my Dashboard Package.

Hope this explanation helps to understand my question.

It is not a case of Enabling/Disabling dashboard widgets.

I have already done this from

SAP Business One Main Menu, choose Administration System Initialization General Settings

that is why I can see dashboard in SAP Business One interface.

My question is to view my dashboards in dashboard portal.

Dashboard
file is created using Xcelcius application. To deploy the dashboard
file in SAP B1, you must use the tool i.e.  Dashboard package wizard.

My question is not about dashboards or how to design dashboards. I know how to design dashboards as I am SAP BI-BO guy.

My question is not about how to deploy the dashboard file in SAP B1. That I have already done using dashboard integration kit.

I have clearly mentioned that

"I have designed a dashboard and have successfully integrated with SAP Business One".

This is a request to understand my question properly, please read once again, I have already mentioned each and every thing in my question.
