I am an ordinary user I run following reports/transactions on daily basis VA05, LOADSUM & O4B1 and then download in MS excel. is there a way that it can directly be downloaded into exce.i have seen and article on forum it ask to run transaction SE37 for setup but don't have the acess of that transaction. Is there any other simple way by which I can directly get data into my required excel file.

Thanks

Dear Siva

Please go through the original requirement again and see what you are suggesting.

Dear Sarfraz Khan

Have you discussed this with your BASIS guy. They can schedule a back ground job and an Email will be forwarded to your Email address. Search SDN for schedule back ground job and you will get a lot of content on this. You have to check whether excel format is supported or not. I am sure about PDF but I hope excel is also supported. Please check and update.

The option provided here is normal downloading procedure whereas I am intrested in downloading directly in Excel from SAP. Something like using ODBC
