Leave encashment in march

Dear Experts,

We have checked for a particular plant other than 7 plants for the month of Dec.12 the encashment of leave in payslip and in 267
is OK. But when we check for the month Jan.13 then there is not encashment amount showing in payslip.

We require that we can encash the leave in any month in a year as per leave rules.

This is only happens in one plant out of remaining 6 are happy in march.

Playslip is in smartform for all units the logic is same.
