I am following installation guides to install WCEM. At the moment I have problem with step from installation guide where I need to setup SSL on Java AS (7.3 ehp1). I did everything as instructed in installation guide and in sap help.
I get message that port is not active although I can see it active in icm. What is also strange is that virtual interface address and host name I am using are note displayed on SSL configuration but instead hostname. During installation I used instructions to set virtual interface for Java AS and everywhere this name is used except in SSL configuration (in nwa).
This installation is running on SLES 11sp2, one interface is for host and virtual interface is for Java AS.
What would be the proper way to debug this issue?
Here are the screenshots:
- ssl config in nwa
- state of ports

First time I was configuring SSL I didn't have Ticket file, afterwards I found out it is in Cryptlib package, I downloaded latest version from swdc and installed latest cryptolib and Ticket file I put into sec directory.
After that in nwa in SSL configuration in ticket file column is displayed ticket and I can't browse in edit mode to upload new file, however it seems that Java AS found ticket
Is this correct way to obtain and install Ticket file?
We are talking about the settings in the NetWeaver Admin (<server>/nwa)?
Normally it goes quite quickly, you only upload the " ticket" (or however it was called) and add the SSL Port 443 few lines below. After restart it should work.
Can you send us a screenshot fo the whole webpage, where you can maintain the SSL connection?
