BP Emoloyee number same as HR personal number

Dear Experts

Our client wants the BP Employee number same as HR personal number when it is created. When we execute the program HR_SYNC_PERSON for a personal number it creates the BP with role employee but picks up the number from internal standard group of grouping customization. Could any one suggest me for a suitable solution?
