Impact of changing the Decimals of UOM for Material Master

Hi All,

Now the Material Master UOM 'KM' have decimal Point as 0. Now there is request to maintain the 3 decimal point for this UOM .

Please advise the impacts If i change the decimal point of KM from 0 to 3 in KUNI .
