Can we run the portal application on mobile phones?

Hello All,

I want to run the portal application which is built in WebDynpro ABAP to run on the smartphone.

Will it be possible ?

If possible then please provide the solution ?

We need to do the VPN connection on mobile for that ?

Hi Mangesh,

If you are talking about running SAP portal on mobile devices, then yes it is possible to run the SAP portal on mobile.

However, webdynpro abap applications are not supported in Mobile devices. However, webdynpro java supports the mobile environment.

In abap, BSP can be used for mobile experience. You can refer http://scn.sap.com/thread/1702583 for webdynpro abap on mobile.
