Hi,
go to T-code: SE16n, give Quotation numbers in from value and To value (if you want to check multiple) or you want to check single document give only one document in in "from value"
click on Execute.
it will display list of quotation with item details.
click in "export" button choose "local file"
select "spread sheet" radio button press enter.
provide details where you want to save
click on "Generate" button
it will display message like below based on your file size.
now check your excel where you mentioned the path (because I mentioned excel file path to Desktop).
I hope it helps to you.
Regards,
Krishna.

Dear Nair,
For that you've to fetch the data from the table directly VBAK (Header Data) and VBAP (Item Data). Go to SE11 give table name as 'VBAP' (for Item data) in VBELN field give quotation number and execute, there you'll get MATNR (Material number) and all the necessary item details against the given quotation. Export the same to excel sheet for future references. I would suggest you to work over SQVI by using VBAP table in order to read and export the records directly. Let me know if you need more help in this regard. Thanks.
Please give solution for the above as Mr. Venu said becoz the option is not active it is inactive in the screen

Dear,
For that execute VA22, give Quotation number then go to Environment --> Status Overview then in Overview screen go to System--> List --> Save --> Local File. Here you'll see Header and Item level status of the Quotation. Hope its clear now, lemme know if you need more clarification in this. Thanks.
Hi,
you can also copy all items from the Quotation Directly
VA22-- (Cntrl+Shift+F2)---system--list---save---Excel

Hello,
Quotation document items are available from table VBAP as they are sales document. You can also use table view VIVEDA which combines both VBAP and VBAK information.
Have a nice extraction.

Hi,
Use SD community for this: https://scn.sap.com/community/erp/sd
And you have to explain what you want to copy from where to where?
