Schedule line shows confirmed qty "0"

Hi All,

I have created the sales order in VA01, with 5 line items all have same schedule line category.

Sold to party in sales order have credit block, so once i have save the sales order all line item show confirmed qty as "0" in schedule line.

When i release the sales order in VKM4, Four line item show the confirmed qty in schedule line, except one material.

Even though this material not show the future availability date also.

If i re check the item availability in sales order it's coming properly.

What would be the cause for availability check get fail in this place?

Thanks and regards,

karthik

If VBUK-CMGST = "B" when you save the order, the system will have a confirmed quantity = 0.

This is documented in SAP article 1649589.

Hi Noel,

Thanks for the reply. I have released credit block for my sales order through VKM4 transaction.

Status of over all credit status in VBUK-CMGST= D.

After completion of VKM4 transaction, Only four line item shows confirmed qty and one item in the sales order showing "0" qty in schedule line.

Regards,

Karthik

Oh ok, I misread your original message. That seems like strange behaviour; the ATP check must never actually be executed via VKM4 for this material (If you can set, a breakpoint at FM AVAILABILITY_CHECK_CONTROLLER and check if the material actually appears in the P_ATPCSX structure.

ATP Check not executed via VKM4, I have released credit block for sales order via VKM4.

Once i release the credit the block for the particular sales order, qty will automatically confirmed in schedule line.

My client using the same cycle for most of the customer, whos credit exposure exceeds their credit limit. If i recheck the availability, it's working fine.
