Cost element balances by cost center

Dear SAP community,

I am working on a report to show the YTD balances of the cost elememt by cost cost center in both local currency (company code currency) and group currency. I looked into FAGLFLEXA / FAGLFLEXT / BSEG / COSS / COSP. But the mentioned tables didnt serve the purpose and looks like the only option for me is to use COEP/KSB1. But COEP doesnt have local currency and group currency instead it has obj curr, report curr, tran curr and CO area currency. Is there any table or report that serves my purpose?
