SRM SUS or SRM Supplier Collaboration

Dear All,

I have a requirement in SRM (srm_server 7.0)  that suppliers will login to our SRM system (SRM portal) and create RFx responses or join live auctions.

I've been searching SDN for SUS (supplier self services) and Supplier Collaboration components. But still i'm a bit confused..

What i understand from SUS is;  it is a component in SRM and you can use SUS in service management or plan driven procurement.

You create PR's in MM, then push these PR's to SRM, convert them to PO in SRM. After that suppliers will create PO responses.

, confirmations.. etc.

What i understand from Supplier Collaboration is; it as an add-on to SRM and  suppliers can create RFx responses or join live auctions.. etc.

So if i would like the suppliers join to my SRM Portal and create RFx responses and join auctions,do i need to install and configure supplier collaboration ? or will SRM - SUS  be enough ?

Can you please guide.. Thanks in advance..

Best regards,

Hi,

Supplier Collaboration contains whole process. i.e. ROS, SUS etc.

In your case you need ROS (Registration of Suppliers) as suppliers needs to get registered first so that they can paricipate in RFx/Auctions.

Dear Vinay Yeole,

I've found a link in SAP Help Documentation. I think this is what you are talking about.

Right ?
