Roll up special periods

I am able to post to the special period (period 13) but I am unable to roll it up in the consolidation module. I did some research and it says to select the special period roll up indicator in the excute roll up parameter screen. The problem is I dont see this check box. I go to cxcd - entry - roll up - select roll up name - then the period with no special period box? We are running EC-CS 6.0.

If I had this check box should period 13-16 roll into period 12 in consolidations?
