SRM Org Str Revamp

Hello,

The SRM org str. has multiple users assigned to one position. This is giving lot of issue in maitenance and reassignment.

The client wants to go back to standard SAP practice of one user per position.

What are the alternate ways to revamp the org str other than manual revamping. The active users are more than 3000.
