Hi Experts,
The scenario is File-File, In development,it is working perfectly but when comes to quality File Adapter unable to pick up the file and it is using NFS.I had made dummy changes in communication channel & activated but still unable to pick.
thanks in advance
Hi Shaik,
Go to Runtime Workbench --> Component Monitoring --> Adapter Engine --> Communication Chnanel monitoring and search your Communication Channel here. Check whether the channel is able to successfully polling at the specified NFS directory or not. It should throw some Error here. If you find everything OK here and polling is successful, then may be its a Read Permission issue.

Hi Shaik,
If the UNIX system is of SAP ECC, check with Basis team whether they have shared the folder with PI. Basis can also confirm file permissions are correctly maintained or not at OS level.
Check below thread for more information about File permissions:

Hi Sahaik,
Check your File naming conventions ( if you have defined in Communication channel like eg. - File_DDMMYY_* ) also check the permission on defined source directory .

Hi,
BTW what do the logs in Channel Monitoring say & what is the status of Channel. Is it error free? It would help if you provide the logs of channel.

Hi Sahaik,
Make sure after the transport you changed the source path to the location present in the quality.
Also make sure if required permissions to execute the file.
Regards.
