Is it possible to remove the web dispatcher?

Hi everybody, I have found a lot of information about how web dispatcher works, how to configure it and so. Before we had two dialog instances, but now we have remove one of them, so that we don't need any balance function between instances. I wonder, what would happened whether we also remove wedbispatcher? Is it possible? which could be the consequences? (I haven't found any information about that). Any suggestion would be appreciated.
