SDK Development Prerequisites

Hi All,

I would like to know the developpement tools that should be used to develop with SDK :

- Should I install the SDK on the Server ?

- Should I install SDK on my Personal Computer (workstation) ?

- Should I install the B1DE ?

Are there any other tools that should be installed on the Server and the Workstation ?
