Creation of object ID 00000000 is not allowed in grac_data_migration

Hello Friends,

I'm trying to export rule set and migration data from 5.3 to 10. After selecting files , I'm getting below message when I import.

'Creation of object ID 00000000 is not allowed'

Can you please let me know how to correct this?
