32-bit MAPI Application and 64-Bit Outlook

Quoting from Microsoft's website:

32-bit MAPI applications are not supported to run on a computer installed with 64-bit Outlook and 64-bit Windows. The application developer must update and rebuild the application as a 64-bit application for the 64-bit platform. This is because a 32-bit application cannot load a 64-bit Msmapi32.dll file.

Can PowerBuilder deploy 64-bit applications ?

If so, which version and build number is required.

There is no reason to still be using MAPI unless you can't remediate your application or no one is available that knows how. MAPI has been obsolete for as long as i can remember. Surprised it even works at all due to the security flaws. I would paste my code or upload if this forum let me.

In classic - no.  In some (all?) of the .Net application types - yes.  Note that I believe this is only available in 12.5.1.

Be aware that 64-bit deployment only applies to PB.Net
